Alert 8/15/2011 - Problems with uploading files to InSite when using the latest updates for Safari 5.1 and FireFox 4.0 and 5.0.1

The following problems have been introduced with the latest updates for Safari 5.1 and FireFox 4.0 & 5.0.1: Drag-and-drop functionality is not working for all users of the latest Safari and FireFox releases on Mac OS 10.6.8 (likely also OS 10.7).
Solution:
Customers using Safari or FireFox on Mac OS 10.6.8 or later, should avoid upgrading to the latest versions of Safari & FireFox until the problem can be addressed by the Safari or FireFox development teams. If you have already upgraded your browser or are forced to do so for other reasons, we recommend that you use the Browse function to locate and upload your files in the meantime.
